Return and Refund Policy

Welcome to Manarti. We are committed to providing high-quality products and services that empower personal growth.
This Return and Refund Policy outlines the terms under which customers may request returns or refunds for their purchases made through our website.

1. Tangible Products

Eligibility for Returns
We accept returns of the product within 14 days of the delivery date, provided the product is:

  • Unopened and in its original packaging

  • Unused and in a reliable condition

  • Accompanied by a proof of purchase

Non-Eligible Returns
We do not accept returns for products that are:

  • Opened or damaged after delivery

  • Lost or delayed due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer

Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact us at sales.manarti@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
Once approved, you are responsible for return shipping costs. Upon inspection and approval, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

Damaged Items
We oblige to replace products received in less-than-perfect condition (damaged or defective). Photos showing the damage must be submitted within 48 hours of receipt.

2. Services

2.1 Sessions

Refunds
Completed coaching sessions are non-refundable.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Must be made at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for rescheduling or credit.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session are not eligible for refund or rescheduling.

  • No-shows are considered non-refundable.

Manarti Cancellations
If Manarti cancels a session, the session shall be rescheduled.

2.2 Workshops

Customer Cancellations

  • Full refund for cancellations made 7 days or more in advance.

  • 50% refund or credit for cancellations made 3–6 days in advance.

  • Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the event are non-refundable.

Manarti Cancellations
If Manarti cancels a workshop, you shall receive a full refund or an option to transfer to a future date.

3. Refund Request Process

To request a return or refund, email us at sales.manarti@gmail.com with:

  • Full name

  • Order or booking number

  • Date of purchase or session

  • Reason for refund request

  • Any relevant supporting information (e.g., photos)
